Mark A Fisher

cyclic

(after Robert Frost)

constant stars fade so

night breaks into dawn

and all the world goes

busy until sun down

then the stars dance to

music unheard by day

of the voiceless nothing

transmuted into gold

while the cosmos can

endure but never stay
