WHERE IS THE SUN

Where is the sun

Trying to shine

Below

Particles in the air

Of pollution

Doesn't let the

Rays pass through

Air is colored gray

Chlorophyll leaves

Wilting plant

People huffing and puffing

Creatures dragging

Along unable to

Hunt for food

A dying planet

Only to be

Rejuvenation

After all are gone

Air becomes clean

Plants grow

People evolve

Sun trying to shine

Below

TEAM WORK

Met but once

A month

Immediate connection

Friendship

Working as a team

Opposite in every way

Different as

Night and day

One a night owl

Other shines during

The day

One stays stationary

Other travels

All around

One gives off heat

Warmth to vast

Surroundings

Other bestows variety of light

From darkness to

Brightness to lead

The way

Met but once a

Month

Immediate friendship

Working as a team

One called Sun

Other called Moon

GREAT DEBATE

Which is more important

Sun or Moon

Contestants

Sun and Moon

Judges

Stars

Audience

Clouds

Earth circles the Sun

Moon circles the Earth

Sun provides light

Always

Moon waxes and wanes

Sun radiates light and heat

Solar energy makes possible

For life to exist on Earth

Moon gives gravitation pull

Generates tides

Help cleanse oxygenates

Earth oceans

Contributing to

Geological process

Necessary for life

With out the Sun

Earth would freeze

No wind, ocean currents

Or clouds to transport water

Without the Sun

Life would not be possible

On Earth

Without the moon

Life would not be possible

On Earth

As the judges

Twinkle morse code

To each other

Could not decide who won

Decisions were made

One could not be successful without

The other

Both were winners

Cloud laughed so hard

Brought tears which

Watered the earth

As the Moon waxed and waned

Sun The sun barks our neighbors awake. It scares away the terrified hissing fog then keeps barking  and will not stop.
